Purpose

WS Telecom services must be used lawfully and in a manner that protects customers, networks and the wider internet.

Prohibited activity

• Unauthorized access, scanning, intrusion or interference with systems or networks.
• Distribution of malware, phishing, fraudulent content or unsolicited bulk communications.
• Copyright infringement, illegal content or activity violating applicable law.
• Actions that degrade service, evade security controls or conceal abusive behavior.

Enforcement

We may investigate complaints, request remediation, restrict affected traffic or suspend service where necessary to protect network integrity. Reports should include timestamps, source and destination addresses and supporting evidence.
